- The items offered (CDs, records, etc.) can be ordered directly online via the shop.
- After validating your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the total amount, including delivery charges.
- The order is considered final only after receipt of payment.
3. Prices and Delivery Charges
- The prices displayed on the website are in Swiss Francs (CHF).
- The delivery charges are calculated according to the destination and communicated by email after the order.
- The final cost is confirmed in the order confirmation email.
4. Payment

5. Delivery
- Shipments are made by Swiss Post or an equivalent carrier.

- We decline all responsibility for delays attributable to the carrier.

- CDs and audio media are neither returned nor exchanged, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or delivery error.
- Any complaint must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the package, by email to info@tleonhardt.ch.
